The EM3218 is a digital espresso platform with cold brew, pre-infusion and programmable temperature and extraction time. A 20-bar pump, PID-controlled thermocoil and stated 92°C brewing temperature support stable preparation.
The stainless steel platform can be configured with a 58mm metallic group head, backflush solenoid valve, bottomless portafilter and other professional accessories.
