Manufacturing at a Glance

Key manufacturing processes are managed within our Zhuhai facility, giving us greater visibility over component preparation, assembly and product verification.

  • Plastic Component Production

In-house injection molding supports selected housings and structural plastic parts, helping us coordinate component quality, appearance and production schedules.

  • Metal Parts & Machine Structures

Metal frames, stainless-steel panels and selected structural components are processed and prepared to support stable assembly across different coffee machine platforms.

  • Structured Assembly

Components move through organized assembly stages where mechanical, electrical and brewing systems are integrated into complete coffee machines.

    Machine Assembly
  • Flexible Production Lines

Six production lines support multiple coffee equipment categories and flexible production planning for standard models, batch orders and customized projects.

  • In-Process Product Checks

Water-system, electrical-safety and functional checks are integrated into production to identify issues before machines proceed to final finishing and packing.

Quality starts before production

Components Development

Before components and materials are approved, they undergo strict testing to reduce quality risks at the source and confirm their suitability for long-term use.

Materials and components are selected to meet applicable food-contact, environmental and safety requirements in target markets.

OriginalNon-recycled plastic and metal materials
5,000+Heater and boiler life-test cycles
3,000+Pump and motor life-test cycles

Incoming Components Check

Incoming parts are checked according to their source and risk level before entering assembly.

100%Self-produced plastic and hardware parts controlled
<0.5%Target defect rate for purchased parts
  • Self-produced parts: individual examination plus sampling checks.
  • Electronics, cables, pumps, motors and heaters: sampling inspection.

In-Process Verification

Components are checked again on the assembly line, and defective units are removed before the next stage.

  • Function, power and hi-pot tests on assembled machines.
  • Critical issues trigger a production stop until quality clearance.

Quality gate: assembly resumes only after the critical issue passes quality control.

Final Product Inspection

Finished products undergo sampling inspection before the batch is approved for shipment.

AQL 1.5–4.0Sampling inspection standard
Full batchRework if defects exceed the limit

Release rule: batches above the accepted defect threshold are returned for rework.

Recall & Onsite Support

When market feedback indicates a significant quality issue, technical support extends beyond the factory.

>3%Defect-rate trigger for onsite support
Repair / ReplaceEngineer-led resolution
  • Engineers inspect the issue and support repair in the customer’s market.
  • Units that cannot be repaired are replaced.

Product Testing & Reliability Validation

Selected coffee machines and components undergo reliability, environmental, transport and dimensional testing to help verify performance before mass production and shipment.

  • Life & Durability Testing

Repeated operating cycles are used to evaluate the durability of coffee machines, pumps and key functional systems under extended use.
  • Environmental Testing

High- and low-temperature testing and corrosion-related tests help evaluate how selected components and products respond to demanding environmental conditions.
  • Transport Simulation

Drop and vibration testing simulate handling and transportation stresses to assess packaging protection and product stability during shipment.
  • Dimensional Inspection

Precision measurement equipment is used to verify dimensions and consistency of selected structural parts and components against engineering requirements.

Electrical Safety & Functional Verification

  • Water System Check

    Water System Check

Checks for leakage and water-system stability.

  • Hipot and grounding test

    Hipot and grounding test

Checks insulation and grounding for electrical safety.

  • Functional Testing

    Functional Check

Confirms brewing, heating, control and other required operating functions.

Packing for Safe International Shipment

  • Protective Foam

Protective foam helps secure the machine and reduce movement or impact during handling.

  • Color Box Packing

Each approved machine is packed into its designated color box with the required accessories and materials.

  • Outer Carton Protection

Color boxes are placed into outer cartons for added protection during storage and international transport.

  • Palletized Shipment

Packed cartons can be wrapped and palletized to improve stability during loading, handling and shipment.
