Key manufacturing processes are managed within our Zhuhai facility, giving us greater visibility over component preparation, assembly and product verification.
In-house injection molding supports selected housings and structural plastic parts, helping us coordinate component quality, appearance and production schedules.

Metal frames, stainless-steel panels and selected structural components are processed and prepared to support stable assembly across different coffee machine platforms.

Components move through organized assembly stages where mechanical, electrical and brewing systems are integrated into complete coffee machines.

Six production lines support multiple coffee equipment categories and flexible production planning for standard models, batch orders and customized projects.

Water-system, electrical-safety and functional checks are integrated into production to identify issues before machines proceed to final finishing and packing.

Finished machines are checked for required functions, appearance and overall condition before approved units move into protective packing.

Plastic and metal components are prepared for assembly.
Mechanical, electrical and brewing components are assembled.
Water tank and relevant water-circuit components are checked for leakage.
Hi-pot and grounding tests verify electrical safety.
Operating functions are checked before finishing.
Machines are cleaned and checked for appearance.
Finished units undergo final functional verification.
Approved machines move to protective packing.
Based on ISO 9001 systems, quality is controlled from component approval through production, final inspection and market support.
Quality starts before production
Before components and materials are approved, they undergo strict testing to reduce quality risks at the source and confirm their suitability for long-term use.
Materials and components are selected to meet applicable food-contact, environmental and safety requirements in target markets.
Incoming parts are checked according to their source and risk level before entering assembly.
Components are checked again on the assembly line, and defective units are removed before the next stage.
Quality gate: assembly resumes only after the critical issue passes quality control.
Finished products undergo sampling inspection before the batch is approved for shipment.
Release rule: batches above the accepted defect threshold are returned for rework.
When market feedback indicates a significant quality issue, technical support extends beyond the factory.
Selected coffee machines and components undergo reliability, environmental, transport and dimensional testing to help verify performance before mass production and shipment.

Checks for leakage and water-system stability.

Checks insulation and grounding for electrical safety.

Confirms brewing, heating, control and other required operating functions.
Protective foam helps secure the machine and reduce movement or impact during handling.
Each approved machine is packed into its designated color box with the required accessories and materials.
Color boxes are placed into outer cartons for added protection during storage and international transport.
Packed cartons can be wrapped and palletized to improve stability during loading, handling and shipment.
